The committee called an EGM for Saturday 23rd August 2008 at 1430 (straight after the Aberdeen vs Rangers Game) It was held upstairs in the Masonic Arms pub in Beith.  The meeting decided that all adult bus fares would be increased to £6 for home games, non-members fare remains £1 more than members.  There will be no increase to concession prices.

The bus will leave Beith at 1 hour before an Ibrox KO, and drop off on Paisley Road West before parking at the other side of the motorway (the arrangements which were in place last year). It was also decided that the route will be changed to Dalry - Kilbirnie - Beith - Johnstone - Arkleston, Renfrew - Ibrox to pick up members en-route to Ibrox.  This route and time were chosen to suit all club members and to minimise time 'standing about outside the stadium' (which occurred at the Hearts game)  The choice of bus parking place was decided upon to speed up return home times albeit with a longer walk back to the bus.

This years AGM was held June 9th 2008, members are reminded that renewals are due in by the first home league game of the season vs Hearts on August 16th 2008. Membership forms have been given out to members. Forms and payments to be returned to the Treasurer or Secretary.

Returning or new members will pay only £10 (adult) and £5 (junior) yearly membership.  The joining fee of £15/£5 has been scrapped.  So there's never been a better time to come back on the bus.

Minutes of the AGM are available for all members, contact the club secretary for a copy.

Membership cards will be issued to members in due course and non members will be required to pay non member bus fare for ALL games in 2008/2009 Season.

Members are reminded when filling in the Lotto forms to put the clubs name at the top of the form. Clearly print "Beith Saracen RSC" in the top right corner of the form.
